Before and After Curbs

Do not overlook adding our concrete curb cleaning Option A

Concrete curb cleaning is highly recommended to improve your homes “curb appeal”. Most homes have concrete curbing in the front of their homes along the street. If you are lucky enough to have adequate drainage then we encourage adding our curb cleaning “Option A” listed on your estimate. We typically provide ADD options to include cleaning customer curbs when asked for a driveway cleaning quote. Curb cleaning on average runs $25 up to $100 for large corner lots.

Concrete curb although small in scope ends up becoming a brutal task. You will need at least 100′ of garden hose to go with that 25′ long high pressure hose. Typical homes have at least 3 water spigots. Plan on utilizing at least two just in order to reach your curbs. Many will find that one of the spigots has a leaky old garden hose with a crystallized connection to the spigot. If you manage to get the old hose connection off without breaking your water line you will probably find next that it has a dec]ade old backflow prevention device that is restricting water supply. Most times that back flow prevention device will need to come off. Good luck with removing that back flow prevention device on even a year old home.
