Step 1 — Professional Cleaning
Shortly upon arrival we pre-treat your paver surfaces for:

Step 2 — Complete Paver Inspection: After your pavers have been deep cleaned we inspect for:

- Paint out any paver additions from a different dye lot. Sealing paver additions 100% of the time will not magically blend into older pavers making a uniform appearance.
Step 3 — Sanding
We will use a combination of wet and dry sanding techniques to ensure your paver joints can achieve proper stabilization once the sealer gets applied.
Step 3 — Drying Time
We allow pavers to dry overnight before sealing to help ensure proper adhesion and reduce the risk of moisture becoming trapped beneath the coating. A light rain before your scheduled sealing application is a common occurrence and nothing to worry about.
Step 4 — Touch up Sanding and Protection
If necessary, we touch up sand joints that may of been missed the day prior or in some cases were still under water due to your sites poor drainage. We mask or remove items items you don’t want sealer on like drain covers, water features, laminar jets, etc…
Step 5 — Premium Sealer Application
We spray apply two coats of water based sealer via an HVLP battery operated pump sprayer
Step 6 — Flag or tape off freshly sealed surfaces to prevent vehicular traffic while the sealer cures.
