Leachate forming in your paver joints

If the home you are buying has pavers that resemble in any form what you see in the picture below I would run. Thinking you are just going to replace those unsightly pavers in the future will not solve this problem and the leachate will just grow up in-between your new paver joints. The paver base, sub-base, or soil under your pavers is the issue.

Excessive calcium build up is often concentrated to the lower apron of a paver driveway. When your paver joints get to this stage unfortunately it’s too late to successfully remove all the calcium carbonate that has built up.
