A small percentage of customers each year call in with the quote request to only have their soffits cleaned. In the picture above you can clearly see the “clean” streaks coming down the exterior walls where we applied our cleaning chemicals to the soffits. Unless you have an all brick exterior home we have to spray full coverage of the walls in order to uniformly clean the outside of your home.
If a customer requests only to have their soffits cleaned we always tell them that we must clean the entire wall under the soffits from top to bottom, or it will leave “clean streaks”. If we receive any push back we simply tell them that we will happily provide and estimate to clean just the soffits, but it will include cleaning the exterior walls along with squeegee of their windows for FREE.
