They might take care of it directly or have a local list of roof cleaners they “prefer” to use. No sense in paying hundreds of dollars for a professional roof cleaning assuming the bill is covered by the manufacturer. They might have a list of preferred cleaners in your area. I have personally seen a pressure washing contractor running their surface cleaner over asphalt shingles. Make sure you find a qualified exterior cleaner. Running a surface cleaner over an asphalt shingle roof will void your warranty!
