The Pressure Kru, Inc. “Contractor” shall employ industry-standard exterior washing techniques. However, Customer acknowledges that certain exterior paints utilize sensitive organic colorants, dyes, or pigments (including magenta-based or custom-tinted formulations) that can chemically react, degrade, invert, or discolor (such as turning green) when exposed to standard algaecides, sanitizers, or cleaning solutions containing sodium hypochlorite/chlorine.
Contractor is not the manufacturer of the paint and cannot test or identify the precise chemical pigment composition of Customer’s existing exterior coating prior to service. Therefore, Contractor assumes no liability for any instantaneous or delayed color change, pigment inversion, bleaching, or aesthetic damage to exterior painted surfaces resulting from the application of approved cleaning agents or pressure/soft-washing processes, provided those processes follow standard industry protocols.
Customer assumes all risks associated with inherent paint sensitivities, pre-existing paint degradation, and unsealed or reactive organic colorants on the property.
